I am currently trying to upload  (Backup) from S71200 CPU  1214C

6ES7214-1AG31-0XB0

As I have checked through online accessible Devices  General tab this CPU firmware is V3.0.2

But on Dignostics status tab it is saying 

Current firmware Version  :  V3.0

Loaded Configuration:  V1.0

What does this mean,  Does this CPU firmware is Down graded?

I already opened Support and they advised me to configure 

V1.0 CPU and try to upload,  I did that from TIA V11 SP2 and the problem of Bing online with the CPU is solved and I can get online successfully but when I tried to upload the program, the problem comes with the message of online offline hardware mismatch. 

So , what will be the way out?

Compatibility mode allows a newer PLC firmware (3.x.x) running as if the hardware was for a FW 1.0 PLC - which is a very different part #.

FW 1.0 PLCs were phased out over 10 years ago, replaced with the family of s7-1200's running FW 3.0.x.

Siemens did not want to force people to redo their PLC projects just so they could run more reliable hardware (otherwise, why would they replace with a new hardware design and still allow original programming to run on it?).

Hope that makes sense.

You most likely need TIA Portal V11 SP2 or earlier - loaded on a winXP or win7 Virtual Machine.  Contact your local Siemens distributor or sales rep / applications engineer for assistance, or contact Siemens Support using the Support Request link above these forums in the gray menu bar.

Thank you for the link , However it is not my issue. 

In my case the project is done in TIA V11 SP2 and I have that software. 

From my understanding so far with the help of siemens support and as you mentioned in previous message 

The original program is made for V1.0 CPU and it is now loaded in V3.0 CPU

The problem is, when I configure V3.0 hardware  the same as existing CPU I can't go online with the CPU.

When I configure V1.0 CPU I can connected with the CPU successfully but while trying to upload, Online offline difference will be detected and can't upload.
