USB Network Adapter not installed with Reydisp Manager 2

I try to find it in control panel -> network adapter and nothing appears. I try uninstall and reinstall but it didn't help. I try install and anoter pc (Windows 10) and same behaviour. Any suggestions to install usb-network adapter? Thanks a lot!
