CIM DAC Help No DC Link LED

CoreyB Posts: 17 Rating: (1)	Hello All, I am a *** when it comes to Siemens, so please bear with me. I have 3 drives all daisy chained together using Drive Cliq. The first drive works fine. I have the Green ready LED on the CIM module. The second drive in line has no LEDs on. (And this one is missing in the drive cliq topology.) The third has 2 orange LED's on. I assume because it is seen, but not communicating to the previous one? I tried to search for documentation, but I have failed. Maybe my search keywords were wrong. The CIM part number is 6SL3350-6TK00-0EA0. Does anyone have any ideas? Or can you point me in the direction of a service manual that could help me, please?

Have you looked in the manual for that VFD and control unit to see the meaning of (and lack of) LEDs? For chassis power units, the manual states: --LED state-- READY DC LINK Description Off Off The electronics power supply is missing or out of tolerance. Green Off The component is ready for operation and cyclic DRIVE-CLiQ communication is taking place. ... Is the READY LED OFF or GREEN? There's your answer.
