Industry mall request reply

Despite sending four requests over two months, I haven't received any replies - not even a simple 'yes' or 'no'. Is this a typical experience? I've also emailed Info Mall to check on the status but haven't heard back. If anyone from Siemens is reading this, could you please advise me on how to move forward?
