I have same problem with my Technology object axes,

in Tia Side alarm looks like below:

MC alarm 411: Encoder (1) under the log. address 556 faulty. Zero mark monitoring encoder.

MC component: Table_Axis, TO_DB=    21

Could you find the solution ?

The problem could be related to how it operates: Axis references are only using the zero mark without any issue. Then, in normal running mode, it operates in relative mode for a single turn at every start. I'm not sure if this is related to the problem, but after many turns it stops due to a zero mark monitoring encoder problem.
