The 200S that we use in our installation is going to be discontinued by Siemens

We are going to do a hardware migration, since the spare parts are going to be discontinued. My problem resides in finding the equivalences. The system is made up of the following hardware:

Master PLC is a - CPU 1513-1 PN // 6ES7 513-1AL02-0AB0

The slave is a - IM 151-3 PN // 6ES7 151-3AA23-0AB0

I could ask the community simply that 200SP is equivalent to this old one, but if is possible I would like to learn how to find the answer myself.

I've been looking at the features, but I don't get it right. If you had to look for an equivalent to a PLC, to maximize compatibility, how would you do it? I mean beyond putting the same DI/DQ/AI/AO, etc
