according you connection interrupts: Check if another device has a double IP-Adress. Also check if the IP-Adr. of LOGO! and the CMK2000 is outside of the DHCP range of the router.

I have not found any FW update for the CMK2000 in SIOS. How you want ot do a FW update without the necessary FW update file?

both are outside the DHCP range. I also checked: there are no other devices with the same IP.

About the firmware. I didn't found any file, therefore I thought, maybe the device itself pulls the file from a server.

I at last solved this painstaking problem by changing my network analog output from writing to VM to reaching a remote device, then i just wrote the CMK2000's IP-address and chose device type as "LOGO! 8.4 slave". I then uploaded this program to the LOGO! BM saw the CMK2000's run-light turn green, and changed my network analog output back to writing to VM.
