In my experience, it usually means some hardware device has failed - or the PLC logic has entered into a state that the logic failed to consider and everything just kind of gets stuck waiting for an impossible condition before it can continue.

What I am reading is that the application is not running as you are expecting. I am furthermore guessing that you are not the designer. That could mean there is an intentional / unintentional bug in the user program. Or the program has been wiped.

We have no means to support you since we have no clue what the machine should be doing. There is no indication on what processes are programmed. No online view.

Which support do you wish our volunteers to provide you?
