Hi I've had the same issue.  the solution that worked for  me was as follows:

in component view, open the chart folder and delete all the system generated charts they will start with "@". once deleted you can compile (Generate module drivers selected) and download ( changes only it won't require a stop). this resolved my problem after upgrading to a 410-5H CPU from a 416.

you can also delete just the single "@" chart responsible for the IO you have interlinked by following the green connections on the "CH_".
