Hi all,

I already designed my report as per requirement and report is generated with press button. I need to press a button to generate the report,

But i want to generate the report automatically once in 24 hours and also wants to save the pdf file of report in mentioned location.

Please suggest.

And can i generate pdf file directly or need pdf creator?

Hello Amritpal,

you can define a Scheduled Task for your printjob.
Then it will be executet with the trigger, you set.
see screenshot.

For using the Scheduled Task in the project, you need
to activate in the "Runtime Settings" the Service
"Scheduled print jobs in runtime".

Hello Amritpal,

you can only print to a printer or an emf-file (not pdf).
That means you need a "virtual" pdf-printer (pdf-creator),
to get a pdf file.
You can define up to 3 alternative printers in the prperties
of the printjob, part "Output".
