Hi, I suggest not to use startconditions to initiate different sequencers but rather solve it how it's suppose to: SFC works with ISA88 states like Idle, Starting, Run, Completing, Holding etc. A sequencer in run can have a Control Sequencer. For each control sequence, you can select a defined range of setpoints. Like CS: Cleaning, can have different setpoints then CS: Production. In order to start a CS, you need to provide a valid CS and PARAM must be set before the Start signal is given. PARAM checks all CS and setpoints before activation. If OK, QPARAM is set and it's allowed to start the SFC. If you want to jump to different sequencers during run, normally, the SFC must be completed, aborted or stopped to initiate a new run, but you can also initiate new sequencers during run. The SFC goes through Starting and directly to the desired CS. You need to enable: ENASTART=1 if you want to do this. The startconditions of your sequencers should be: - QCS = 1 - SFC Run
