Hi Experts,

I have a simovert master drive MC , for positioning application (Half rotation for winder ) which is faulty now .

I have a spare drive with same part number , I tried to make parameter uploaded from old and  downloaded to new one ,Then while zero or offset calibration from HMI is happening fine . after that while move origin command its not going to the position and no feed back to the plc .In the HMI winder position exceeding error is coming . my questions are ?

Is there any other data need to upload from old one?

or any other  procedure to make positioning calibration?

Motor model : 1FK6040-6AK7

Option boards: A: CBP2, C :SBM2

Application : Winder turn table

machine : Barmag SaurerGroup
