Hi, Ahh, I know what you mean. CMT have a nice feature called: Variants. It's possible you create a CMT like a valve with FbkOpen en FbkClose blocks. But for one of the valves in the plant, you have no FbkOpen, only a FbkClose. In this case you can set the block FbkOpen as Optional block with default option. When an instance is created (with the copy paste you did), you can then right click on the CM instance in the TIO editor and select Variants and then deselect the FbkOpen block. The blocks and connections will dissapear from the CM instance. With the default option, you can say if the optional block has to be included when the CM instance is created. If you do no set the default option, after creating the instance, the FbkOpen optional block has to be selected in the Variants dialog for each instance you need it for. The block(s) and connections are created automatically. The BCM library makes use of the variants as well.
