Hi folks,

I have a configuration with ET200SP CPU and 8 AI  (6ES7 134 6GF00 0AA1)

I have connected a flow meter passive to I and respective U of the terminal for 4-20 mA input.

I recieve count in IW register but these counts are not linear.

At 4mA the count hovers around 7000 to 8000.

After crossing 16mA there is linearity and at 20mA value status around 27648.

I changed the base, wiring even swapped module with another 4AI available.

I don’t see any change in the values.

what is the problem or mistake I am doing?

have you tried increasing the smoothing?

Smoothing Produces a stable analog signal.
