Step7 5.7 SP2 HF1 add GSD Problem

I am trying to add GSD-file of ODOT PN network adapter CN8032 in Step 7 5.7 SP2 HF1 When I click "install" the error message comes In log (in attachment) I see "System does not support 'gb2312' encoding" In Step 7 5.6 it works fine. So I guess there is any problem with Message: 'System does not support 'gb2312' encoding. Line 1, position 31. Open File and check/compare with other files. Regards, Towome
