When you review the migration log, what is the first thing that reports an error or fail status?

There's nothing in the log.  The only message it posts is "An error occurred during the migration."

What is the lowest TIA Portal version supporting the MP377?

Device is configured as M377 15" Touch v1.5.0.0

What is the lowest TIA Portal version supporting the MP377?  What's the highest Portal version supporting the MP377?  What firmware versions are supported by each version?

I have no idea.  I know it says in the migration manual it's not possible to migrate an MP3xx project directly to TIA v15 because it's not supported.  I have to migrate it to v13 or v14 first then change the device to a comfort panel and migrate to v15.  I'm surprised to hear you have an MP running at all on v15.  I guess I'll keep googling...

Do you haveWinCC Comfort/Advanced V14installed and a license to run it? MP377 requires WinCC Advanced and a license for it.

 I have WinCC Professional v14.0 SP1 Upd10 installed.  I do not have a specific v14 license but do have several other floating licenses one of which should cover v14?  (S7 Professional v15, S7 Professional Combo v16, WinCC Comfort v15)

 WinCC Comfort license is not enough, you need WinCC Advanced license, and if i recall right, the license needs to be a Combo license, or you need to also have WinCC Flexible Advanced license. MP (Multi Panel) needs an Advanced license.

Siemens tech support was also unable to come up with a solution and concluded my project must be corrupted somehow.

I was able to take a fresh copy of the original template my project is built off of and copy over all my custom screens except for one and have it migrate successfully.  For some reason one particular screen when copied over would cause the new project to fail the migration.  But having to recreate one screen is a lot better than recreating 40+ so I'm going to roll with it.

I tried from version 13 to 17 (even 10.5) and the same error on each version!

I am going to update SPx on TIA 13 and 14 to see what happens.

 To whom may have the same problem, 

To Migrate a HMI or whole project I tried a few different versions and I was receiving Errors but today I tried to use stand alone Migration tools and successful.

Before I was trying to open TIA Vxx then selecting Migration from TIA but this time I used TIAxx after made a Migration file from stand alone app.

I had the same issue that rodwantc.

I follow recomendation ofAhoora - Jafari. 

Download migration tool stand alone:

With this migration tool the result was it an intermediate file. This intermediate file it is going to be used on TIA portal. Then I opened TIA portal compatible version for migrate (v11 to v14) in my case V13 and used the intermediate file as file to migrate. The migration was sucessfull.  No more errors about corrupt project!

I did from Mobile panel TP177 DP to KTP 700 mobile.
