my c++ OPC UA server implements a method without input parameters. The client uaExpert can call this method correctly, but one of my customer implemented a client with siemens plc and asked me to add a dummy input parameter because of siemens limits. So UAMethod_InParameters cannot be an empty struct?

I´m not 100% sure but what happens if you leave the inputArguments parameter open without any data?

Which block do you use?

the OPC_UA_MethodCall block there Input arguments seems to be not an error if you leave it empty...

Which PLC and FW is used?

I don't know which block is using my customer, but I installed TIA 16 and PLCSim Advanced 4 and using the opc ua client example I can call a method who has not input paramenters and it works fine. I used the attached block "OpcUaClient".
