ET 200 SP Profsafe cards don't appear in the library

Below is some information about it: STEP 7 version 5.5 +SP4+ HF5 PCS7 v8.1+Upd2 SIMATIC S7 f ConfigurationPack v5.5 +SP13 GSD package installed: IM 155-6 DP HF V4.2 (Rev.5) The models of the boards I want to add are: 6ES7136-6BA01-OCA0 , 6ES7136-6DB00-OCA0 ///////////////////////////////// /////////////////////////////// /////////////// Even if I install the GSD package, these Profsafe board models do not appear in the catalog. What could be happening and how can I solve it? I need to release some equipment!
