I was in the process of installing a CP 441-2 card with an RS232 port and attempting to establish communication with the Circutor CVM 96. However, while the RXD/TXD indicators are blinking, I'm not receiving any data. Additionally, the status of SFb12 remains at #19, and the error status of SFB12 continues to flash.

Could anyone advise on how to resolve this issue?
