I'm using WinCC v8.0 and implementing LED indications (such as a classic circular design) to display the state of alarms. Here's the intended functionality:

• When an alarm is active and not acknowledged, the LED indication should be orange and flashing.
• When an alarm is active and acknowledged, the LED indication should be orange and not flashing.

Alarms need to be acknowledged in the alarm list.

I have prepared the logic using the 'Status Tag' in Alarm Logging. I created an internal unsigned 8-bit value tag and used it as the Status Tag. The circle's color changes depending on the value of the Status Tag.

However, I am encountering an issue: sometimes it seems like the Status Tag is not being used properly or doesn't behave as expected.

Do you have a suggestion for implementing flashing functionality according to this logic?

Than, after configuration, use dynamic dialog with "Flashing Background Active" and "Display" properties.
