Hi EngnArn, To configure your system with a 1516 CPU and two PCs with WinCC Runtime Professional V19 without an Engineering Station (ES), the following general steps should be followed in principle and may help you: 1. Network configuration: Connect all devices (CPU and OS stations) to the same network. Assign unique IP addresses to each device. 2. WinCC Runtime configuration: Installs WinCC Runtime Professional V19 on each OS station. Configure the communication settings in WinCC to connect to the 1516 CPU (e.g. the IP address of the CPU). 3. SIVARC configuration: Use SIVARC to generate the HMI visualization. Without an ES, manually transfer the generated HMI files to each OS station. Make sure that the HMI project is correctly configured to communicate with the 1516 CPU. 4. Deploy the project: Manually copy the HMI project files to each OS station. Open the HMI project on each OS station using WinCC Runtime Professional. Start the runtime on each OS station to ensure that both are operational and communicating with the CPU. 5. Testing and Validation: Verifies that both OS stations can communicate with the CPU and display the correct HMI data. Tests HMI functionality to ensure that all controls and displays work as expected.
