I recently had the same issue I managed to get arround this problem by setting the ClientInterfaces _Configuration.ConnectionInfo.ServerUri to the same value as the ServerEndPointUrl and set up a certificate even though I had security set to none.

 Exactly this. Thanks a lot, I had the same issue. I didn't set up a certificate though, but it worked with setting the same values as mentioned.

 Sorry, colleagues, but can you provide any screenshot where did you find this : ClientInterfaces _Configuration.ConnectionInfo.ServerUri _?
