When I create a faceplate, WHERE can I set VISIBILITY property ?

Note: you are checking the window related to the whole faceplate, not the GraphicView Object. You want the visibility of the Graphic View, right?

I've tried to do it that way, using a Tag inside the faceplate editor to dynamize the visibility, but I can't connect access to that tag from the outside. I thought that the way to do it is by creating a Tag on the faceplate, creating the animation for visibility with that tag, and the, on the faceplate's instance connecting one of my HMI Tags to the faceplate tag

As I understand, you've created a local faceplate tag for visibility.  To control visibility from 'outside' the faceplate, instead you should use a property:  

and reference that in the visibility animation:

You can then map a tag in the faceplate interface on screen:
