your question isn't easy to answer because behind NAT problematic are more very specific things what need to be known, depended to your expected network cfg, HW. I recommend as mandatory to learn about NAT prtoblematic for first because you can easy step to problems with wrong device selection. Next important fact is that I don't expect switch as correct device to handle NAT, better the router. Generally this kind of networks are solved with some mix of L2/L3 switches and NAT capable routers.
