Good Afternoon

I having the a similar issue with the same fault message. 

I see some of the responses requesting the log files,  I'm not sure the file path to the correct logfiles that would be required. If anyone could direct me so I can attach those. 

I'm not an expert in siemens software and i've been asked to download this to look at a drive tomorrow so i apologise if i maybe a bit of a layman on this.
