Sinamics Starter - Connection problem - S7Usb.

I have a problem with Sinamics Starter v4.5, after connecting to CU G120 C, it does not detect the device, connected via USB cable, as if the USB driver was missing? I do not know how to deal with it. I read that you can delete the S7Usb folder from the registry entries, but I do not have such a folder. I have Windows 10 64bit. Please help. Regards.
