Look in the third column (from left) where datatypes are provided for each parameter.

For parameter 66038, you are handling datatype UINT (unsigned integer) which has a range of values from [0..65535].

To assign tags, that would be IW[telegram input address]

The telegram input address will not be 66038.  You can tell that by the first column values being just 1 apart from 66034 .. 66038.  If that's an input address, it would mean the telegram is overlapping data because 66034 is an INT, so would use bytes 66034..66035.  But 66035 is an INT and would also use 66035 plus 66036.

So, your telegram configuration may need some work.

Show us the telegram configuration (screenshot) and the memory addresses you assigned to the inputs.

I am using the Siemens module 'Analog Input Module AI Energy Meter 400VAC ST (6ES7134-6PA01-0BD0)' for the first time. The manual has a list of IDs; setting up the voltage and current values was easy according to the manual, but I’m having trouble with the frequency. Can someone help me with how to add ID66038?

Refer to that.  There's a sample application showing how communication works with that device.

It is not a telegram, so forget all about that.

You will be communicating using what is called "asynchronous" methods (~meaning, on demand - rather than automatic).

What I intend to do is to use the energy module of the S7-200 or, alternatively, not via the energy module, to measure the rotation frequency of a machine through voltage.

I have a 110V TT transformer, and I want to measure its frequency.

When the machine reaches approximately 20Hz, I have a reliable speed measurement.

How can I do this?

As far as I remember, I have:

First option: Use the energy module and, through the address with a scale of 0.01Hz, read the frequency, but I am having trouble figuring out how to retrieve the address despite the help.

Second option: Read by detecting a positive pulse, as if it were an inductive sensor. When the voltage alternates and becomes positive, count the pulse.

Can anyone help with this dilemma?

This forum is for S7-300/400/1200/1500.  Not S7-200.  I was under the impression you had been omitting the 1 in S7-1200 or misunderstanding S7-1500 modules that have SP suffixed.
