Hi everybody.
Currently im trying to do a parametizable tag.

For example:

in my plc i've created this DB 

DB_Machine_01.stFormat_1 (string)    == Vaccum
DB_Machine_01.stFormat_2 (string)    == Sealer

DB_Machine_02.stFormat_1 (string)    == Nozzle
DB_Machine_01.stFormat_1 (string)    == Feeder

in my HMI tags i connected the

DB_Machine_01_stFormat_1    to   DB_Machine_01.stFormat_1 (string)
DB_Machine_01_stFormat_2    to   DB_Machine_01.stFormat_2 (string)
DB_Machine_02_stFormat_1    to   DB_Machine_02.stFormat_1 (string)
DB_Machine_02_stFormat_2    to   DB_Machine_02.stFormat_2 (string)
value1  Wstring
value2 Wstring

I have these variables, and what I want to do is create a script where the value of DB_Machine_01, that '1', is a variable, to avoid having to assign it one by one."

The script:

Sub Function_1( index byVal){

--'In this case, the index is 2, and it is passed as if it were a string.

Dim a   
Dim b
Dim valueTag
Dim tag

a = "DB_Machine_0"
b=  "_stFormat_2"

tag = a + index + b

Set valueTag = HMIRuntime.SmartTags("tag")

--'In this case, the value should be this DB_Machine_02_stFormat_2  And since it is a variable that --is already in the HMI data as global, the value contained in this variable should be visible

value1 = valueTag.Value

--value1 is a variable created in the HMI, which on the screen is a read-only display

END FUNCTION.

But if I do this, nothing appears on the display. I don't know how to proceed, because if it were possible to create an Array[String] in the HMI, I would have solved it, but it’s not possible.

Any ideas?
