aleb2 Experienced Member Joined: 7/12/2006 Last visit: 4/10/2025 Posts: 134 Rating: (0)	We have a TSEND_C/TRCV_C working for S7-1200 (CP 1243-1) and S71515TF CPU; the issue:IF S7-1200 goes in stop mode by downloading TIA program we need to download hardware and software (rebuild all) or switch CPU OFF/ON to get comunication working again

I think you have not correct code produced, especially connection handling although these blocks have all internally handled. It can be also simulated with ETH cable disconnection from PLC and reconnnect again, you can then do some better solution to handle this situation correctly. Your description about steps you do probably pointing to this, in my opinion.

I would try to evaluate statuses of the blocks programmatically, because being online you cannot see everything. How do you evaluate the status of system blocks in STEP 7 (TIA Portal)?
