PCS7 V9.0SP1 This has appeared only when working on one of two AS stations (non H systems) and issue has started after we've added the Safety Blocks and compiled program with Module Drivers checkbox on. The error appears sometimes also when you are making the changes to block in CFC editor. Usually we try do the restore from backup, but as this factory will be shortly comisioned we are not sure what will happen when we need to restore with tanks full of product (this is quite big chemical site). Config: 2xAS410, 2xOS Srvr, 1xBatch, 5xClient, Web etc. Ps. Screnshot with error attached. Maybe the SFC 51 in the project is corrupt. If you open the SFC 51 in the project, a message from LAD / STL / FBD that no parameter and local variable names are available may also be displayed. The interface of the SFC 51 may displayed without the variable names. You could try to copy the SFC 51 from the standard library to the project, overwriting existing SFC 51. Regards Georg Berghof
