Saving Process Data to a CSV File at the End of a Furnace Cycle in a Siemens Comfort Panel

At each step, I collect resource usage data and store it in an array. At the end of the process, I generate a report that includes all 60 steps' data. I want to save this data to a CSV file (Excel-compatible) only once at the end of each process run. However, the historical data logging in the Comfort Panel seems to only allow cyclic saving, which I do not want. How can I save all 60 variables to a CSV file only once per program run?

If you save the data for each step into a DB and then start the script that reads those values and write them into you .csv file, will be ok for you? I used the method described in this topic https://support.industry.siemens.com/forum/ro/en/posts/write-data-into-csv-file-via-vbscript-for-tp900-comfort-panel/135604/?page=0&pageSize=10#! See the answer of Chirayu Shah, he attached some scripts, most important being "Write_TestData_Info_Log_File.txt"
