Dear Collegues,

I'm having some issues with a KTP700 HMI and recipe management.

Every time i download a recipe i get the "reset data mailbox on plc" error.

Please note that i have set up a function on PLC for loading the last used recipe on startup. Maybe i did something wrong.

Does anyone know something about this error and how to solve?

Thank you, i'm starting to understand something.

At the first hit to the download button in the recipe menu all goes well. If i hit it again it comes with this error.

If i reset all values of the data record pointer area in the PLC to zero, i can hit the download button only once. If i hit more than once, the error comes again.

Should i reset the area pointer data record every time i download a recipe? Is there a way to trigger that?
