I am using EasyBuilder Pro with one HMI (Weintek) and two Siemens S7-1214 PLCs (Ethernet communication). I successfully imported standard tags (M, I, Q, etc.) from both PLCs, but Data Block (DB) tags are only imported from the first PLC, not the second one.

What I have tried:

• Enabled GET/PUT in both PLCs under TIA Portal communication settings.
• Verified unique IP addresses for each PLC and correct configuration in EasyBuilder Pro (Device List).
• Checked that Optimized Block Access is disabled for DBs in TIA Portal.
• Manual entry of DB addresses in EasyBuilder Pro works for both PLCs, but auto-import only works for the first PLC.
• Ensured HMI can ping both PLCs successfully.
• Restarted PLCs and HMI after making changes.

Issue:

• Standard tags (M, I, Q, etc.) import correctly from both PLCs.
• DB tags import only from the first PLC, not the second one.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there any additional setting required to import DB tags from the second PLC?

Do you already have asked Weintek Support what could be the problem?
