I'm looking for the parameter to configure; to assign a machine axis to the tool magazine with SINUMERIK tool magazine management. to then drive this axis with the POSM(Case_Number,1) instruction. If anyone knows this parameter please? thank you very much.

Sorry, that's not how POSM works.  It does not directly control the magazine.

It sends a task to the PLC which is responsible for moving the magazine to the desired position.
