How to restore KTP400 Basic with "Auto Transfert Disabled" and lost password

ADGT Member Joined: 6/22/2016 Last visit: 12/15/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I have an issue with a KTP400 Basic panel. The admin account have been disabled due to 3 bad passwords. The configuration of the KTP400 is : TIA V17.00.00.08_01.01 with “AutoTransfert Disabled” and password protection on setting. I've tried to restore the KTP with PROsave but the Panel is not detected (probably due to the AutoTransfert Disable). Do you have any idea of how to restore this HMI to factory reset (or to restore a previous backup where Automatic transfert is active ?) Thanks in advance !

So you would need to transfer the project again to the Panel. So you need at least the TIA Portal Project of the Panel. Bye Murof
