Ms4000 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Pyrus A.Flores Try desoldering the supercapacitor is the blue one ,not really tall. Would you please explain the purpose of desoldering the supercapacitor? Am I supposed to replace it with something else, or leave it as an open circuit? I take it you may have tried such a thing and worked out for you? If so, what are the steps that you took (in details) to get things working again? Please let us all know, and thank you in advance. Hi guy's i have the same exact problem with TP1200 comfort, has anyone find a solution for it yet? Please let us know if you tried on "@ A.Flores " suggestions with the desoldering. Thanks

Hi @ Duris_l , yes there is no warranty, plus it's not easy to send for technical repair for us now, our production line is on hold because of this, if desoldering the supercapacitor can reset the HMI we want to try it here to save time. Thanks
