We have a simotion D445-2 DP/PN Controller with 2 ET200SP Modules and 4 TR Encoders [ CEV 65M] communicating through Profibus. Now, the problem is that more or less every 2 hours, I am getting the some spike signal in the encoder peripheral input dword address. Sometimes the encoder value goes higher, sometimes the time goes to zero only for 2 ms.  Every time it happened, only in the same encoder. We don't get any bus fault on the encoder, and no bus fault-related messages in the diagnostic buffer of simotion. We changed the Encoder, changed the cable, and the Repeater and Profibus connectors nothing helps. We laid  Profibus cable, which is not closer to any power cable, and the shielding is good. Also, the termination resistor is set correctly.   I checked the Profibus voltage of all nodes using the ProfiTrace tool; all of them are over 5.7 V. This is the first time we are facing this kind of issue. Can anyone help me with this issue
