I checked with the IT department the configuration and we tried to connect with that user from a PC to the database in the same network as the PLC and there were no problems. The biggest difference between the example and my project is that my microsoft database is SQL 2018 not express.

This test is not really perfect... Please check, if your user has all rights for your needed table. |

Hello @AutoGen_909994 Which TIA Portal Version and SQL Server do you use exactly? Which S71500 FWversion do you use? Do you have and further information what exactly does not work (Screenshots or similar)? Do you use any firewalls or router between the PLC and the Dababase? Bye Murof |
If this Information really helps, you could use the Rate function |

Hello everyone, I use a CPU1510SP1-PN, (6ES7510-1DJ01-0AB0), firmware 2.9.7, TiaPortal V19 update 3. When I first tested it with a SQL server on my laptop, I didn't have any big problems that I could not solve. But now when I try to connect to a external SQL server is get the error 8605 or 8602. The IP of my CPU = 10.0.101.13/255.255.252.0 and my laptop that is in the same subnet doesn't has any problem to established a connection to SQL server. vm-pf-sql01.northeurope.cloudapp.azure.com maybe anyone did has solve the problem or could help me out with this? |
