Unable to locate & download HSP file for TP1500 COMFORT 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX2

I am trying to download HSP file for TP1500 COMFORT 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX2 as I unable to find mentioned hardware in my TIA. So tried to download HSP from SIE PORTAL but not found. As I read a article in SIE portal, mentioned 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX2 is a successor model of 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX1. So I prepared a HMI in 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX1 and tried to download in 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX2 but TIA is declining as model is not same. What is best practice to download the HMI. PLS suggest.!!! There it says Product note > Engineering The reworked Comfort Panel 15" (-0AX2) are spare part compatible to the previous Comfort Panel 15" and are configured with the previous item no. -0AX1. Project download can be done via PROFINET, PROFIBUS or USB file transfer. The mini-USB interface is not supported for the project transfer. If it doesn't work you may start a Service Request to check with Siemens. Regards, Frink
