Wincc client/server logout client don't work

Pierre_A_69800 Joined: 11/7/2023 Last visit: 5/14/2025 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi everyone I'm using a WinCC 8.1 client/server configuration and I'm using SIMATIC Logon 2.0 upd1 to log in/out. On the server, login/logout via SIMATIC Logon works. On the client via SIMATIC Logon : login works, but logout doesn't. Once I click the 'Logout' button, button remains disabled while the user remains logged in. I can login other users, but never logout. I tried the PWRTLogout() function directly instead of SIMATIC Logon: The user doesn't log out from the client, which obviously excludes a SIMATIC logon problem. On the server, the @CurrentUser variable is cleared when I logout via SIMATIC Logon or PWRTLogout(). On the client, the @CurrentUser variable keep the name of the last logged in user. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

But I suppose they will also let you install the latest available updates. So I would try to do the update https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109977191 Bye Murof
