I have program with many timers /plc 1500 and tia portal software 

I faced power trip on the plc when power come back some timers are not working and I have to turn the on timer inout false then true to activate the timer 

Why this problem happens and how I can overcome this if the power trip on the plc

Do you have the timers inside a DB? Have you taken a snapshot of the DB and then set the values as initial values for the tag?

If the answers are yes, maybe you have some initial values of the timer outputs set to 1.

Actually, all what you ask is yes but how to overcome this its DCS program and I have to many interlocks and signals that depends on the TON timers

There are other means to do the task that is a little easier. But it very much depends on the program structure that you are using which “shortcut” you can use. One such method is to use the RESET_TIMER() instruction. In Ladder it is the   ---[RT]  coil that is found under the timer instructions.

There is a bigger problem. The timer can stop working correctly if the instance (DB) that contains the timer is reset (reinitialized). Most of the timers we use are contained within an FB. There is a code line that detects the FB has been reinitialized and then reset the timers.
