I have the same problem with TIA V19_Upd1, installed on PC with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC.

in case of such an error. 

1. Check your pc /vm hardware setup.
TIA Portal V19 requires 8GB RAM, recommended are 16GB and 32GB for larger projects.

2. Check if latest TIA Portal Update is installed, e.g. V19 Update 2 has been released in the meantime.

3. Get in contact with siemens customer support and create a service request. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/my/src?lc=en-WW
For further analysis it could help to create a dump of TIA Portal process using task manager if the warning is shown.

TIA V19 Upd3 here and the problem still persists.

I had the same problem with V18 , Upd4 solved the problem.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (6.3.19045.5011) - 64Gb RAM - 1TB SSD

I'm working on a big WinCC RT Advanced project and I have to close every window after I finish editing. It's so annoying, I can't simply drag and drop from a DB to a Screen. 

Please Help!!!

the behavior can be forced by having to many "objects" open.

Therefore this clearly seems to be a known windows based restriction.

If you still think that this can not be right, I kindly ask you send us a video once the behavior occurs and open the task manager > Details > as shown in the screenshot.
