My recommendation would be to download the proper sample project from https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109782317

Then drag your project components into the sample project.

If this works and you are able to download your project to the PLC, use the above link to submit feedback to the developer(s) responsible for this CIP client.

I am trying to use the LCCF_CipClient FB to set up communications with a 3rd party PLC, but when I drag the FB into my program and try to download, I receive the following message: "The block can only be compiled with a valid password."

I read somewhere that these FBs come pre-compiled, so you aren't supposed to attempt to compile them, but I am not trying to compile, I am simply trying to download to the PLC.
