Missing text on System diagnostics control

A67 Member Joined: 7/15/2020 Last visit: 10/9/2025 Posts: 26 Rating: (3)	Hi. I would like to display PLC events on the HMI screen and I am using a system diagnostic control. But all the text is "##Missing text##" Why ? If I select matrix View: No button does anything. Thanks.

Goto Security settings → Users and roles → Select tab “Roles”. Add a new role, and select this. Next, select the tab “Runtime rights”, and select the PLC you are connecting to. Activate “Read access”. Next, goto “Users”, and select “Anonymous user”. Attach the new role to this user. Thats it, for me, this is working now.
