Save Reports and Audit Trail to Network Drive (Comfort Panel MTP1200)

Alex.M51 Joined: 3/12/2024 Last visit: 12/20/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, I am working with TIA Portal V19.0.4 (update 4) and a WinCC Unified Comfort Panel HMI (MTP1200). I would like to store the reports and audit trail generated by the HMI on a shared folder located on a server or network drive (as was possible with the older panels). Currently, I am saving the reports and audit trail to the HMI's SD card, but I absolutely need to store these files on the network drive/folder that has been made available to me. I have read in the documentation that a network drive mounted from the HMI cannot be used for runtime functions such as archiving or reporting. I'm not sure how to proceed, do you have any suggestions or can you help me? Thank you in advance!

On a WinCC Unified Comfort Panel, you can only use an SD card (X51 interface) or a USB stick (X61/X62 interface) to store logging or reporting data. However, if you want to copy a file from an external storage medium, you can use the preinstalled copy.sh script. Kind regards Stefan
