Error When Using Data2Unified V4.1.0.0 Add-In with TIA Portal V19

However, when I load the add-in in the Add-Ins section, I get an error and the status icon shows a red cross (❌), with the message: "An error occurred in Data2Unified_V4..." what steps should I follow to fix this error?
