Hi, Unfortunately, determining the cause of the problem will require effort. Using the Trace Viewer may provide some clues, but it will be time-consuming, especially if you are unfamiliar with the trace messages produced by the system. Therefore, it would be better to have a Siemens developer perform this analysis. I suggest creating a support request. Kind regards |

Hi, If you encounter an issue in a newer version that wasn't present in an older version, it's propably a bug. Reporting it to Siemens by creating a support request will make the development team aware of the issue. Kind regards |
