I have STEP7 Pro on DVD discs with the USB license but I have trouble with the license and I can't really bring up the License Manager. It takes forever to load the start screen (Not responding), when loaded, throws random errors that nothing is found and I can't even make it to look the USB disc as it's just not responding. I re-installed it several times but it's every time the same

I installed everything that was on the CD/DVDs. And then upgraded to V18 also from the DVDs.
