I have installed PCS7 V10.0 in Windows Server 2022 (Simatic IPC647E). 

I have opened the Simatic Manager and try to Retrieve the Project, it show pop up message that “Retrieve (3020:8) Unable to generate the process for achieve program command S7arconx.exe C: \Program files\PKWARE\pkzipc\pkzipc.exe -mask=none-times=all-extract-directories=current-overwrite=prompt ”\"D;\Emem_mp_07082025_1248.zip\' " ‘’. 

But when i retrive the same project in Windows 10 LTSC 2021 no issue. 

Any one come across this kind of issue and know how to solve it. Please share your resolution.

It works on Windows 10 LTSC 2021 but not on your other system, which means the problem is with that system’s setup, not the project.
Reinstall STEP 7 / PCS 7 and test again.
