Wincc client "Failed to load"

Its only one of the clients that wont open. The message i get are failed to load - ip…/basic_serv.pdl I can ping the client I can see the connection satus are fine at my wincc explorer The client version are the same as the other clients, that are able to open. I've restarted alle the clients and the server What else can i try?
